He asked great questions, he listened, he offered insight and advice, and he helped guide us through to the very end. Roger demonstrates that buying a car at a dealership does not have to be stressful, intimidating, or unpleasant. As a longtime VW owner, I'm glad Roger is on our side. Car owners and buyers as passionate and enthusiastic as VW folks are deserve a guy like Roger to get them in the right car at the right price in the RIGHT WAY. I would also add that Craig and JP are standouts at what they do. They made what is usually the hardest part very easy. It was better than I expected! I have given this rating as excellent because I was on my own as a first time buyer. I didn't know what to expect, even tho' I knew I wanted this experience to be the best ever. The Product Specialist (Jim Hutson) whom assisted me in buying my car was awesome! Not only did he pick me up at my home, since I didn't have a vehicle to drive, he took the time to answer my questions and explaining to me anything that I may have asked or wasn't certain of. Mr. Jim Hutson was pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and he didn't pressure me into making a decision. Anything I needed to know, he made certain to take the time to make sure I understood. I felt very comfortable while visiting Midlands VW and I was very happy with the entire process. Mr. Craig Jones, in Finance, was also very congenial and he also took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel rushed or pressured in any form. I totally enjoyed this entire experience and I will definitely use Midlands VW for any and all of my services for my new Jetta and in the future to buy another vehicle. A car buying experience second to none I bought a VW Bug Convertible last week. The sales, finance and management team at this dealership can only be described as exemplary. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted but assured me they would fine one and true to their word, I drove it out of the dealership in 2 days time! I also had two trade-ins involved in my deal and everyone helped to make it a seamless transaction. The sales staff, starting with the phone calls back and forth with John Paul to the friendly greeting from Geneva at the dealership were appreciated - they made us feel like our deal was an important priority from start to finish. Then there's Roger Maxwell, what a guy - professional, thorough, accommodating and all of that with a great sense of humor.
