typical used car salesman NOT ONLY WAS I OVERCHARGED FOR MY VEHICLE, APPARENTLY THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $1000 FEE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRADE IN THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF UNTIL I GO NOT ONLY WAS I OVERCHARGED FOR MY VEHICLE, APPARENTLY THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $1000 FEE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRADE IN THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF UNTIL I GOT THERE. THE ADVERTISED PRICE WAS NOT THE PRICE I PAID IN FACT ALMOST $3000 MORE! THE SALES MAN PLAYED RAP MUSIC IN HIS OFFICE FOR ME (I GUESS BECAUSE I'M BLACK) AND HE USED PROFANITY, SO MUCH FOR PROFESSIONALISM BUT I GUESS THAT'S WHAT I DID FOR GOING WITHOUT A MAN! ALSO THEY STRESSED HOW MUCH I SHOULD GET THE WARRANTY, BUT NEVER MENTIONED THAT MY CAR CAME WITH A WARRANTY THAT COVERS THE EXACT SAME THINGS. TALK ABOUT INSTANT BUYERS REMORSE. AND FINALLY FOUND OUT HOW MUCH I PAID FOR THE CAR WHEN I GOT PAPERWORK FROM THE FINANCE COMPANY AND WHEN I CALLED THE SALESMAN TOLD ME HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEAL, AND CALL HIM BACK! More

WOW. I was treated like family. I love these people You know when your looking for a new vehicle and the first thing out of the mouth of the salesman is "can you come in today". Well it wasn't that way You know when your looking for a new vehicle and the first thing out of the mouth of the salesman is "can you come in today". Well it wasn't that way at all for me at Midlands. I really felt like I was talking a little business with a friend. It started with text and only a few phone calls and before I new it, we had a deal. WOW. No feeling like I was captured. For those of you who are more experienced car buyers you know what I'm talking about. Was I a little nervous about going and getting a vehicle, That I had only talked and texted about. Heck Ya . But I was also excited. When I arrived I was greeted by first name by Roger and Chandler, two new friends. The Atlas was just as ordered and the paperwork was already completed. Talk about sign and drive. Finally buying a vehicle is about price, and after you do some research on Dealer Rater,KBB ,Edmonds, True car and all others you will realize the realistic cost of the vehicle. You will shop around and try to get a little better. I know I did and I was called by others around but Midlands beat their price hands down and most importantly I felt like a friend to Roger and Chandler. I was from a little one red light town and they made me feel at home. Thank you Roger and Chandler at Midlands Volkswagen for the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Car in for service x 1 week. No one can update me. Diesel car in for emission light on. Had to wait on special tech to work on it. Dealer has had car x 1 week.
