This was the first time my wife and I have ever purchased a car. The folks at Wray VW and Ward made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by our salesman, Ward. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and Ward directed us to our options. I was debating between a new Jetta, or a used Passat. Ward explained the pros and cons of purchasing each vehicle, by providing information about price, warranty, vehicle history, etc. The information he provided helped in making a decision. I was also provided with information about Volkswagen as a brand, which gave me confidence in the brand itself, as well as the quality of the vehicle I was about to purchase. The financing of the vehicle was very quick and made purchasing a vehicle a little less stressful. I did not have the title to my trade-in vehicle and the staff at Wray Volkswagen graciously offered to obtain a duplicate title for me, which saved me time and quite a bit of hassle. Before I left the lot Ward walked me through how to use the various functions in the car, which proved to be very helpful. I love my new VW and will definitely return to Wray Automotive when the need for another vehicle for my family arises. More
Arriving to the dealership I requested to look at their inventory. At which time I was told that their business is not handled that way. I was not allowes to view inventory. Once they "qualified" me then I inventory. At which time I was told that their business is not handled that way. I was not allowes to view inventory. Once they "qualified" me then I could look at the cars that "they" wanted to sell me! After putting $1500 down and trading in a car a drove off with a decent vehicle. Not what I came looking for but a good vehicle. Almost two weeks later I am called on the phone and advised that the car needs to be returned, financing fell through, and I would have to pay for the mileage. And the best part.....they haven't found my old car yet. I advised that I would bring the car back when my entire downpayment would be returned and I got my car back. They wanted to just give me the trade in amount for it, to which they screwed me on that, but said I needed to, to close the deal with the bank! What I a SCAM BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
