I had a very pleasent experience when buying my car from Wray Mazda! Gary was the salesperson who assisted me and I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful. He and Casey were very helpful at getting m Wray Mazda! Gary was the salesperson who assisted me and I couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful. He and Casey were very helpful at getting me a great deal on my 2010 Toyota Camry. They were both very professional and Gary was there to help me every step of the way and in explaining all of the details of the purchase! I would definitely recommend others to come buy a car from Wray Mazda. The only negative thing I can say is that I felt I should have gotten more money for my trade in. Overall Gary was very professional and courteous and made my car buying experience very wonderful! More
In the past I've always stayed away from the dealerships b/c of the high repair/mntc costs and assembly line attitude in the Service Dept. I feel completely different about Wray. Mike Jenkins is the best service representative I have had the pleasure to deal with in all my years of driving (45 years). I have know Mike for 9 years and his expertise is one of the biggest reasons I had the pleasure to deal with in all my years of driving (45 years). I have know Mike for 9 years and his expertise is one of the biggest reasons I now own my second Passat. When I have to service my 2008 Passat, I know without a doubt, that I and the car will receive the best of care. It is very important as a consumer to feel confident in those who care for your vehichle. You want to feel assured of your safety and comfort while driving your car and Mike insures these needs are met. As I have said repeatedly, you need to clone him. What an outstanding human being and mechanic. Scott Kirby is an extraordinary service consultant. He always greets me with a welcome and a big smile and is eager to help alleviate any concerns I may have regarding my vehicle. He, like all the other service consultants have a big job on their hands, but he always takes the time to explain the service needed and received in a very unhurried and confident manner. You know when you leave your VW in his hands that he and Mike will make it happen. Thank you VW for two exceptional employees. More
I really like working with Bill at Wray Mazda Volkswagen in the service department. He is polite and thorough. If I ever have a problem, he is more than willing to make it right. Now, when I need service that lasts more than 2 hours, I can count on Bill to take care of me with a loaner vehicle. This attention to the customer's needs is why I wanted to rate this dealership. WOW! I would have never dreamed that working with a dealership would be such a great experience. BUT... what makes it most impressive is the professionalism and additional steps that Bill Braswell and dealership would be such a great experience. BUT... what makes it most impressive is the professionalism and additional steps that Bill Braswell and others at Wray Volkswagen take in order to service and maintain their product(s). Nothing is more dissatisfying than purchasing a product, that you love, and then NOT having it backed in craftsmanship. Having someone you can count on when it comes to transportation is vital today. I think Bill Braswell gets that important message and passes it on to each and every individual that he helps. It's nice to know when someone cares for you, but most importantly... the care that is given to the product that their company provides. Thanks to Bill and all at Wray Volkswagen. Honestly, I have never had better service on a car than I have had on my VW that I lease from Wray. The Service staff is professional, kind, and Bill in particular has gone the extra mile for me when I had have had on my VW that I lease from Wray. The Service staff is professional, kind, and Bill in particular has gone the extra mile for me when I had an unusual problem with my gas cap early on. I used to dread taking a car in for service and thanks to the staff at Wray, I don't dread it any more. The car is probably the best car I have driven as well. It is my first foreign car and there is just a higher level of craftmanship. I have had a recent problem with the engine light and they gave me a loaner to drive (unfortunately not a VW!) while they performed every test they could to try to identify a problem. No problem was found and I have not had any trouble in the about 2 weeks I've had the car back. I have no doubt that if I do have any more trouble, that the Wray staff will resolve it for me. Even though the car is smaller than I am used to and I think I want to buy instead of lease my next car, I am very likely to make that purchase from Wray. More
I have bought 7 vehicles from Wray. Every time is a great experience...therefore I keep coming back. I was never pressured and the salespeople and finance mangers were very knowledgeable. I have been looking for an affordable dependable car for a while and narrowed my decision on 4 cars I was interested in. The silver Mazda3 was the one Idecided would fit my budget and needs and is a very go a while and narrowed my decision on 4 cars I was interested in. The silver Mazda3 was the one Idecided would fit my budget and needs and is a very good looking car with some nice options included in the lease purchase deal advertised on the internet. I live in Sumter but was communicating via the internet with Jeannette at Wray Mazda in Columbia. Her response was excellent and the deal was made with "no hassles" and great customer service. I went by the local mazda dealership to see if I could get the same deal as advertised and after an hour or so, the salesman came back and told me the car I was looking at would be over $100 more per month on a 42 month lease. this came from the sales Manager I guess. Anyway, I thanked the sales person for his time and drove on to Columbia. Scott Grantham was there to greet me and the paperwork had already been started. I already knew which Mazda3's were available so I picked the one I wanted and was on my way back to Sumter in my new Mazda 3 silver as I had decided upon from their internet site. This is how I like to do business. I also met Mr. Wray who treated me like family. The point I want to make is that Wray Mazda honored the advertised deal, no hassles , and the staff I met was great. When we arrived on the lot we were greeted by one of the friendliest people in the car business. He was very knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot, even for the brands that he does not specialize in. All of the other staff has been very helpful, courteous, and have gone above and beyond what you would expect from other dealerships. At no time were we pressured with cheap sales tactics or gimmicks. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Wray Automotive. Wray will certainly be the first place we visit any time we are looking for a new car. More
