Rob Gregory and his team at Mazda of Columbia are the best! I have a Chrysler Sebring, and was going to the Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia service station, and would have kept going but decided to try Rob and best! I have a Chrysler Sebring, and was going to the Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia service station, and would have kept going but decided to try Rob and his team at Mazda because my dad highly recommended Rob (he says that no one is better than Rob) and Rob has worked with my dad for years on his cars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GALEANA BECAUSE ROB AND HIS TEAM AT MAZDA OUTSHINED THEM IN EVERY WAY: car service and customer service, friendliness and individual rapport with customers, and hospitality and time management. I have been at Pepboys, Galeana, and other places which have serviced me well, but Mazda of Columbia is the best place to go because of the servicemen there. If Mazda of Columbia looses Rob Gregory and his team (Pierre, Adam, and others), they have lost their niche in servicing customers and their cars; they might as well shut their doors. More

I have a Mazda 6 and after they charged me $366.00, they couldn't find what was wrong with it because they depend on a computer to do their job. Computer system is here to make life easier for you, not your couldn't find what was wrong with it because they depend on a computer to do their job. Computer system is here to make life easier for you, not your job. Sometimes you need to go old school and just look underneath the hood and motor. I find out what was wrong with my car, the dealership couldn't because they never took the time to look just depend on machine to tell them the problem and it only cost me $150.00, this dealership can not say they have certified mechanics, because my experience they do not and one more thing i so not appreciate been call a liar in nice words. I sold my Ford 250 truck to Mazda of Columbia today because they gave me $2000 more than the Ford dealership around the corner. He paid me top dollar for my used truck. I’ve never thought about buying a Mazda but the next time I need a vehicle they will be at the front of the line. Thank you Mazda of Columbia. More
When my fiancé and I first arrived, Oran came outside with that "light-up the world welcoming smile." He was attractive, very neat in appearance, and accommodating. Oran, was not overbearing!! He gave us the opportunity to check out the vehicles; but close enough to answer any questions we had. We later met Shaun, who is the General Sales Manager. This is a great position for Shaun, he has "Presence" and like Oran, not overbearing, but available to answer any questions my fiancé and I had as well. We had a few more dealerships to visit, before making a decision. Mazda, ended up at the top of our list...But it was the awesome personalities of Oran and Shaun, that made the decision easy, and our best choice. So, ladies, if you don't know a lot about vehicles, the honesty, patience, great personality, customer service, knowledge, experience, as well as the ease in communicating of Oran and Shaun is the way to go!! My fiance is tough, and he was impressed too!! More

Purcahsed a used car I started looking for a used car online, and someone suggested checking this dealership. I was comparing several cars, over several dealerships, and f I started looking for a used car online, and someone suggested checking this dealership. I was comparing several cars, over several dealerships, and found a car that I was interested in at Midlands Mazda. I opened an inquiry concerning the car. The response was very timely and professional. Let me define professional- timely, courteous, detailed and without the "shark" mentality expected with sales personnel. I asked several question via email, and each request was handled consistently in the same manner. I went into the dealership with financing / insurance, etc taken care of with the intent of purchase. I do not purchase lightly - i would have easily walked out of there without the car if i had any concerns. The staff was incredible and a PLEASURE to work with. Tony Carmon was a joy to meet, and Ray Bristow the general manager- both made feel very comfortable. Ray and Tony both addressed a concern with the car quickly, professionally, and with concern for my comfort/ ease. I would not hesitate to recommend either of the again, Thank you Tony Valle for walking me through the paperwork! More

They did not have a CX9 in the color and equipment I wanted so they said their sister dealership in Charleston had one and would send it to them in the next day or two if I put down a deposit. Turned out to be 3 full days, and it came from Huntersville NC,. At the closing I agreed to everything including an extended warranty and only asked one favor, to get me a actual brochure on the CX9. To date I have not received a copy of the brochure (which comes from Mazda). When I left, they said my wife should follow closely as they did not have any drive out tags and they did not want me to get stopped. The product is good, but they are shorthanded, two people in management doing the work of 4-5 people. A number of little mistakes made and or things forgotten. More
