Most fun ever! I had the best time! It took 2 trips because my dream car color wasn't on the lot....BUT Mazda quickly got the one I will keep for years. Victoria C I had the best time! Victoria Charles is awesome...she gently kept asking questions and giving information designed to make me totally happy with my purchase. She made follow up calls to ensure everything was OK and took my calls and explained what I had trouble understanding from the manual!!! As an older lady getting in and out of the car easily was important to me and Victoria showed me exactly how to tailor the settings for a smooth ride. To be honest, I am so excited about my new Mazda 6 that I wish I could drive it like a young person and go ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM!!!! Without getting a ticket, of course!! Ask for Victoria if you want the very best salesperson to help you get exactly what you want and need! She has a lot of knowledge and doesn't hesitate to share it!!!! More

We knew a car pu After a long day of family fun in Columbia, my husband said he wanted to swing by the Mazda dealership just to check out the Mazda 6. We knew a car purchase was looming on the horizon, but we weren't quite there yet. In the past, we had a wonderful experience owning a Mazda 626, and we just wanted to start getting a sense of what the newer lineup looked like for when we were ready to make that purchase. We were greeted by Malcolm Jennings, who was genuinely friendly and welcoming to us and our two kids. He took us into the showroom and let us explore the 2016 Mazda 6, Grand Touring. He answered all of our questions about the car. My husband, I could tell, was already in love with the vehicle. Things turned dire when we were offered a test drive. Trying to be the voice of reason, I said we would not be driving the car at that time. When another gentleman, Angel, joined us, he, too, got around to suggesting we take the 6 for a spin. He could tell I was the one he needed to win over. I was already hot and tired after our family outing (as were the kids), and now I was starting to feel flustered. I said we'd take the test drive if we were first provided some ice water. Both Angel and Malcolm hopped right on my request. After our test drive (which, much to my chagrin, really wowed us with the Mazda 6's great handling and truly helpful driving assists the Grand Touring provided), we found ourselves confronted with financial incentives that made potential monthly payments fit easily within our budget. At that point, the only fight I had left in me was the fact that I was hungry and tired. We put the brakes on making a decision. Malcolm was fantastic to deal with, even while he said goodbye to a potential sale. The next day, rested, refreshed, and informed by multiple industry reviews, we decided to go for it. We returned to Midlands Mazda, and eventually left with our beautiful new car. Throughout the entire process, Malcolm, Angel, and the rest of the Midlands Mazda team were friendly and respectful. The only ding in an otherwise lovely experience was how long it all took. Printing out a few forms, for instance, sometimes took 15-20 minutes. Between our two visits, we spent a total of about six hours at the dealership. While buying a car isn't like running into Publix for a loaf of bread, I feel like there are some parts of the process that could be expedited and streamlined. That said, during all that downtime, we were often asked if we or the kids needed anything, and we enjoyed chatting with Malcolm and Angel. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Midlands Mazda, and I'd gladly recommend this dealership to others. More

Love our new car We purchased a Mazda 3 Grand Touring Hatchback from Jerry Ardis. Jerry was excellent from the start of visit. He greeted us and asked us what exactly we were interested in seeing and in a few minutes we were test driving a CX-5. Although we liked the CX-5, we preferred the fuel efficiency and sporty styling of the Mazda 3 Hatchback. After working with Jerry and Angel (another sales rep.?) , both of them helped us to come up with a good deal for our trade in and after talking with the finance department, we got a great monthly payment for our new, fully loaded car and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend looking at Mazda and Midlands Mazda is the place to go- biggest selection, friendly staff and best prices. More

VW Sportwagen Anthony was the first person I spoke to the day I stopped by to look at a VW. Though Anthony was not as familiar with the VW line-up as he was with Mazda, he was very helpful and it didn't take very long to find answers to my questions about the VW Sportwagen. I was actually in the market for a Toyota Prius (because of the MPG). I had already drive the Prius and I was discussing price with several Toyota dealerships around town. Out of curiosity, I stopped to see how a VW TDI would compare. After a thorough test drive with Anthony and a short discussion with finance, I bought the VW. Thanks Anthony and Joel. More
