Very Happy Customer I went to Midlands Mazda because I had done business there before when it was Wrey Mazda. We came to an agreed price quickly after a couple brief phone calls, and I purchased the car two days later. We had to work out a few details once I got to the dealership, and those went smoothly. Now just waiting for the self-chosen date to take delivery. More

Surprisingly rewarding!!!! I honestly came in to the dealership convinced NOT to get a car on the first visit, however after Talking with Jack (sales rep) it was a done deal! And Cooper was always eager to answer any questions I had without being overbearing or pushy. There was no pressure - he definitely "gets it". One minor complaint - music in the showroom so loud you can barely carry on a conversation. They are not the only dealer to be guilty of this and I haven't figured out the point. Overall it was a good experience though. They have a great selection, courteous people and were competitive on price with no hassle. More

We found Midlands Mazda and travelled all the way from Greenville, SC, to see a CX-9 there. From the MOMENT we stepped out of the car, we were impressed. We were quickly helped by Jonathan Fink, who did an excellent job of answering our questions and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. We got along well with not only Jonathan, but the manager of Midlands Mazda as well. After being at the dealership for awhile, we decided to purchase the CX-9 because it was a perfect fit for us. Not only was the car what we wanted and needed, but management listened to our concerns and made sure that we were satisfied with the price, the car, the detailing, warranty, etc. We were just VERY impressed over all. We felt no pressure in the least and it was enjoyable to be at this dealership (we had gone to another dealer down the road and the experience here was SO much better)! The next time we purchase a car, we will be back. I recommend this dealership and Jonathan Fink to everyone that I know and those that I don't. You will be satisfied with the results if you buy a car from this dealership. More
