Angel created an atmosphere that put me, the customer, in control instead of the traditional vice-versa. He listened to me, "heard" me, and delivered me exactly the car that wanted at the precise price that I wanted. The amount given for my trade-in was so fair that I would never go anywhere else. Jonathan was professional from start to finish. He took his time to clearly explain every detail and feature of my car and answered all of my questions as if he had built the car himself; very knowledgeable. The finance guy made the paper processing both swift and smooth. Again, I didn't feel pressured at any point during my time here.
