Incredibly rude. The manager, Don Harris, told us to come in and make an offer on a particular car. He said, "Your presence is your leverage." My 8 month pregnant wife drove across town and he did not budge $1. If he had been honest, we could have made a decision on whether we wanted to look at the car at that price. I cannot get over Don's dishonesty and rudeness to my wife and me. As she was walking out the door, he tried to salvage face and said "I'll give you $500 cash." No thanks. I'd rather overpay to an honest man than deal with such dishonesty. More

I needed work done on my car and had no idea what could possibly be wrong with it. As soon as I pulled in, Rob Gregory over the service department, met me at my car. The video inspections the techs do is wonderful! You have to sign off on watching it before they can begin the work. My car was taken care of and completed the same day I brought it in!
