Poor Service, poorly trained technicians I took my 2014 Mazda 3 in for warranty work back in November of '15. The technician changed my gauge cluster. When I pulled out the service lane I kno I took my 2014 Mazda 3 in for warranty work back in November of '15. The technician changed my gauge cluster. When I pulled out the service lane I knowticed that my mileage showed zero miles. Since I was in a rush I didn't do anything about it figuring I'd just have it corrected later. Well today June 24 2016 I took it in for a recall and also to have my odometer set to my correct mileage (since the technician last time failed to do so) and was told it couldn't be accomplished. So now I'm driving around with a two year old vehicle with incorrect mileage because of an ill trained Mazda technician!!! Thanks Midlands Mazda, next time I'll go elsewhere for service... More

Excited about my new SUV I'm super excited to have my new Mazda CX-5. Alicia searched until she was able to find the specific color and AWD model I was looking for. Lalo knew I'm super excited to have my new Mazda CX-5. Alicia searched until she was able to find the specific color and AWD model I was looking for. Lalo knew what he was talking about and did everything he could to help and make it a pleasurable experience. Overall, I was hoping to get it slightly lower in price, but I'm still very pleased with the experience and my new car. Only thing that could be improved on is the speed at which everything is completed. It took three visits before I could even sign the title with lots of waiting in between. Very happy with my purchase though. More
