Best Dealer experience ever I had talked to Alicia at Midlands Mazda for over a week trying to set up an appointment and after getting to the dealer with a price in mind, we walk I had talked to Alicia at Midlands Mazda for over a week trying to set up an appointment and after getting to the dealer with a price in mind, we walked in and talked with Lewis and within 10 minutes the GM manager Steve walked over and asked what we wanted to do and we told him and he said sign here and that was it. I have bought 32 vehicles in over 35 years of driving and never experienced this type of wonderful negotiations. I highly recommend this dealership and I will truly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers. Truly a great experience!!!!!!! More

Worst Experience Ever We got our car on July 2nd and the dealership has messed up and had us resign our paperwork 4 times. Very happy with my AWD CX 5 Victoria is excellent. I asked the impossible and she said, no problem- they could find the vehicle I wanted with the packages I wanted AND offered to Victoria is excellent. I asked the impossible and she said, no problem- they could find the vehicle I wanted with the packages I wanted AND offered to loan me a car similar to what I wanted to help with my decision. Once the paperwork was done, Victoria was still there, keeping me updated through the location and delivery of my vehicle from an out-of-state dealer. Painless Experience! I'm so happy with my new Mazda CX-3! After two weeks of grueling visits to car dealerships and being badgered/made to wait forever while sales went b I'm so happy with my new Mazda CX-3! After two weeks of grueling visits to car dealerships and being badgered/made to wait forever while sales went back and forth to their managers, it was a relief to speak with Alicia over the phone! In under five minutes she found me the car I wanted, and even the color! Put down a down payment - and went to pick it up the next day. Car was detailed and ready to go. Paperwork took maybe 1.5 hours. Great, painless experience. Lalo was very friendly and we shared some good laughs - especially when he realized I already knew everything about the car! (Even the safety feature with the engines :) ) I'd definitely recommend Midlands Mazda to anyone! More
