Our initiatial visit was to get service for our 8yr old Accord. But after looking around the showroom we started asking questions about the 2009 Accord. Our sales lady had help us in the past so we turne Accord. But after looking around the showroom we started asking questions about the 2009 Accord. Our sales lady had help us in the past so we turned to her for assistance. It was wonderful, we ended up purchasing a new 2009 Accord and look forward to all the benefits of driving a car that we know from experience is the best. Our sales consultant answered all our questions and was willing to take extra time to answer some we didn't ask. After the purchase she stayed with us and walked us through every step of operation, maintanence & care and made helpful suggestions on our purchase. The Assistant Mgr was very easy to understand and he too didn't mind spending the time to explain everything fully. We will recommend this dealership to everyone from sales to service. More
Midlands honda got 5 stars from me on every category because they exceeded my expectations in every category, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I had recently purchased a 2001 Prelude th because they exceeded my expectations in every category, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I had recently purchased a 2001 Prelude that wasn't runnig quite right and after tinkering with it myself I brought it to the professionals. Danny and his team of technicians began service on my car promptly and after recieving much bad news about the car, I gave them the go ahead to proceed with repairs. I felt a little bad because I knew that I was bringing them a basket case, the engine had been rebuilt by someone else, it took a lot of hard work to figure it all out. While waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I went for a walk out side when I met Maureen. She asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle, I told her the situation I was in with mine so she began showing me around the lot. I have always wanted a s2000 and there happened to be one out there so we took it on a test drive. I was glad she took the time to show me the car but my car was repairable so I am going to keep mine for a while. On wednesday I went to the dealership and my car wasn't ready and since I had a math test that night, Danny put me in a car to drive to school until mine was ready. I brought the car he gave me back the next day and mine was ready to go, when I picked it up it had been washed and vacuumed out and it ran great. This was not my first encounter with Danny and his team and it certainly won't be my last, the people of Midlands Honda go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and I would confidently send anyone I know to go there! More
I had bought a used Honda from a different dealer and was almost immediately unsatisfied with their service. Having only a select number of Honda dealers in our area, Midlands Honda team has been extremely almost immediately unsatisfied with their service. Having only a select number of Honda dealers in our area, Midlands Honda team has been extremely nice and willing to work with me. Noticing that there were some minor issues with our car, Midlands Honda did an exceptional job in satisfying all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to others. More
My Honda Oddesy was jerking every time I went over 30 miles. I called Preston and asked him when I could bring the car in for them to check out. He told me that I could drop of the car now and that they miles. I called Preston and asked him when I could bring the car in for them to check out. He told me that I could drop of the car now and that they would make sure they would fit it in today. A few hrs later Preston called and said that the could not recreate the problem but wanted us to leave it there overnight that way they could do a full diagnostic check on the car and try and find the problem.... Long story short the next day preston called my husband and told him that the transmission had to be replaced. This would include the computer unit too. At this point I called Regina Salinas, the service Manager who I had dealt with just 6months prior to this problem and explained to her what was going on with the car and how upset I was and if she could help me with the cost. Once again, Regina bent over backwards, called the right people and came back to me with a much better manageable price that I could live with. This was a VERY stressful time for us as a family … My husband travels a lot and we have 3 children and trying to get were we need to be with 1 car was very difficult. We needed our car back ASAP. Midlands Honda had the car ready in 3 days. Preston was WONDERFUL to deal with he kept us updated on the progress and had the car ready when he said it would be. We are proud owners of 3 Honda's and when we get our next car it will also be a Honda. From MIDLANDS HONDA. We will never go to any other dealership for any of my car needs. When I went in for a normal oil change on my Honda Civic man did I get a suprise. Instead of going to the dealership I had been going to for the last 7 years for my service(Midlands Honda) , I decided to go man did I get a suprise. Instead of going to the dealership I had been going to for the last 7 years for my service(Midlands Honda) , I decided to go to a different Honda dealership that was closer to me since I had moved. But when I went in for the oil change I found out that my engine was on it's last leg. Just to get a second opinion I decided to call Midlands Honda and tell them what was going on with my call which at this point I was forwarded to Regina Salinas, the service manager. She told me to bring my car in that afternoon, leave it overnight and she would do a full diagnostic check, and from there best advise me as to the best route to go. Long story short my engine was shot and after though Regina bent over backwards to find me another engine I decided it would be best to get into another car with a little less miles on it as I had about 200,000 miles on my civic. There was no pressure to buy a car or buy a engine. I was simply given her expert opinion and allowed to make my own decision. Once I expressed interest in wanting a new car I was forwared to one of the nicest, most non-pressuring sales persons I have ever dealt with Nancy Dodge. When my wife and I expressed what we wanted and our price range that's what we got! That was awesome! I had always been impressed with Midlands Honda's customer service, but during what can be a very stressful time, of finding a new mode of transportation, I felt so good dealing with the staff at Midlands Honda. I will never go to any other dealership for any of my car needs. Thanks Regina, Nancy, and all the Midlands Honda staff you guys are great! More
I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor, Preston, was very helpful. I didn't mind the wait because the dealership is so nice and clean I actually enjoyed wal rotation. The service advisor, Preston, was very helpful. Every employee that I passed asked me if there was anything they could do for me, which I thought was very polite. It didn't take long for them to finish my car so I was on my way in no time. I was very impressed with the new dealership. It was very clean and welcoming. The service advisor was pleasant and took care of my car quickly. I had the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager, Michael Brooks, who assured me that my car was now in perfect working condition. He also gave me his direct line should I have any problems. I'm 73 and just lost my husband a few months ago. Before then, my husband took care of car maintainance. It was a relief to know that Midland's Honda will be there if I need them. Thank you for your wonderful job and I look forward to bringing my car there again in the future. More
