There weren't any 2009 Civics with manual transmission (what I wanted) on the lot at the time so, I went for a test drive in an automatic version of the car I wanted. Claudette made some calls and did some research to find me a 2009 Civic with a manual transmission within the state or at least 100 miles away. She found the car of my dreams (black 2009 Civic EX). The only catch to it was I had to wait at least two days for its arrival. Since I did a trade, Claudette and the Team at Midlands Honda allowed me to drive the automatic version until my car arrived. My car arrived exactly when they said it would and I love it! So I want to say thanks again to Claudette and the Midlands Honda Team for making my purchase a pleasant and exciting one. More
