EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE I contacted Mr. Green about the damage on my 2017 HRV . Another dealer gave me an outrageous quote. Customer Service of Salesman I bought my car on 2 June with Charlie Green and he is FANTASTIC!! I would recommend anyone to Mr. Green if they are in the market for a car. Mr. Green was attentive and filled my every wish. He was knowledgeable on the car and the inventory. He was able to point out the specific cars that had what I was looking for. He eased my fears of not being able to afford what I wanted. The Finance gentleman (Chris) was just as attentive as Mr. Green. We were in past closing and they continued to work with us and made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I appreciate how they walked me through everything and even came up with solutions at potential roadblocks. Mr. Green is a consummate professional and exceeds expectations of a salesman. I have been able to contact him since my purchase and he has been available and attentive to my needs. More

Smooth and easy process! I had a wonderful experience at this location today! My salesmen, Charles Green was awesome. Although, the car buying process was long he made it all I had a wonderful experience at this location today! My salesmen, Charles Green was awesome. Although, the car buying process was long he made it all worth while with his conversation, calm demeanor, and patience. The theater and arcade area was really nice. The finance person worked as fast as he could to get me out as I was dealing with a fussy toddler and the sweetest young lady went out of her way to get my two children icees (don't know her name but she has curly hair and braces; you were a lifesaver). I'll definitely purchase another car from this location. More
