I brought a 2004 Honda Pilot from Midlands Honda back in November 2008. Every since than I have been taking the car back over and over for my car making a noise. When I am driving my car and accelerating my truck makes a noise like the wind is blowing under the truck and there is no wind. It also causes my RPM to jump up and down. I have taking it to Midlands Honda because I bought it used and I have warranty ,but everytime I take it they can't find anything wrong. I also brought it in for other things to be repaired such as my door locks that didn't work. They never found anything wrong. Then when I went back of there they said I never bought it up there but once for that issue. I work two jobs it is hard for me to take of and go up there with my issue. Midland Honda does a poor job of service there vehicles. There used cars are poor condition and I don't think they thoroughly inspect there vehicles. I thoroughly don't recommend any one to deal with there sevice are used car department. Everyone in my family owns a Honda and we will not be dealing Midlands Honda in the future. More

You see, I am a single mother with a special needs child, so reliable transportation is very important to me. First I would like to say that the people at Midlands Honda have been VERY friendly and have tried to be very accomodating. I felt good about my purchase of a used 2006 Pilot. However, I did have a few issues that arose after leaving the dealership. As soon as I left, I noticed that the windshield was chipped/cracked on the driver's side. I was told to call my insurance after about 1 week and report it to them. I also had no owners manual, which Mark was generous enough to find one and provide it to me upon my return. The detail job on the car was poor and I was told I could return the next week to have it detailed and reapply the car care in which they did the inside but the hose sprayer broke so they were not able to wash the outside. There was also a noise that the vehicle made when making left turns from a stopped position and after examining the vehicle, I was told that it was because the tires were new and they were making the noise. The last issue that I have with Midlands Honda is the lack of honesty that was protrayed during the car buying experience. Upon trading in my 02 Ford Ranger for less than I thought it was worth and purchasing the used car for the price that was on the sticker, I was not happy to find that the 02 Ford Ranger was being sold on the lot for $3500 more (with a limited warranty) than what I was given for the vehicle. I was informed at the time of offer that the vehicle had damage to the front end caused by 2 previous minor accidents which would prevent it from being sold on the lot and it would have to be sent to a wholesaler. I was also discouraged from trying to sell it myself due to the liability of the front end damage. I do not have a problem with Midlands Honda making money on a trade as that is how business works but I am uneasy with the idea of being lied to in order to give me as little as possible for a trade (especially considering that I had not even tried to offer a lower price on the vehicle that I purchased). I did express my concerns with Mr. Vincent Caccese upon my return because Mark Rossi was not in the office and was told that he didn't know the circumstances behind the situation. More

Lonny was very helpful and made the whole purchasing experience agreeable. We got a good used car for a little more than I wanted but overall a good price. After the purchase we discovered (at a different service dealer) it had some oil leaks that should have been apparent but the cost for repair was reasonable and did not make the purchase price too bad - given the age of the car and the mileage. Overall, I appreciated how I was treated and the honesty of the exchange. Less than a year ago I purchased another used car from a different dealer and the whole experience was horrible, took hours and the salesman lied outright to me. I will definitely go back to Midland Honda and purchase other cars from them. More

We bought four cars and were there for a VERY long time (it can't be helped I suppose) but they continued to show how to treat their customers right! We are very grateful to Lonny for showing us so many cars until we found the right ones for us, and to Paul for giving us Tricuits and SoYJoy as we signed endless pieces of paperwork and sat for hours and hours trying to get everything set. We found the car I bought online and loved it. My husband and I had done some research so we knew that the one at Midlands Honda was the best price and value available. I was hesitant to work with a car sale and I had done some research so we knew that the one at Midlands Honda was the best price and value available. I was hesitant to work with a car salesmen, as all of my other cars were purchased through a family friend. This went out the window when I started working with Mark. My husband, who is no stranger to sales, looked at the sales board and Mark had the most cars sold. My husband said, "This is the guy we want to work with, if he cant sell us on the car, no one can" We waited to talk to Mark that first day, and I'm glad that we did. He was helpful and honest from the start. He worked with me on my credit and never made me feel pressured or uneasy. Working with him, we got our payments where we wanted them to be and wound up very happy that we were able to get the car that I wanted without going over our budget. It was a pleasure working with Mark and I would buy a car from him again.
