We had a pleasant experience purchasing our Honda van 2 years ago. The service department, on the other hand, has been a complete nightmare. We now have a repeat issue with the front driver's seat and the service manager went out of her way to block us from talking with the area warranty representative. Great experience! We were there for a very long time with our 3 and 9 year old. Crazy to take kids to the car dealership, I know, but they were very patient and at one point took them for a drive on t with our 3 and 9 year old. Kacey was extremely personable and was very easy to speak to. No pressure to buy, but was available to answer questions etc. Paul went out of his way to get the financing necessary for me to get the car, and to. I visited Midlands Honda on 6/5/09 to look for a potential car purchase. I had a terrible, wearisome and frustrating experience from one of their agents named Angela Elkins. It is true that I bought potential car purchase. I had a terrible, wearisome and frustrating experience from one of their agents named Angela Elkins. It is true that I bought the car from this dealer because of its good condition, but I do have serious complain about their Pre-Owned Sales Service. During my 1st visit, I had few queries about the car that I was looking for and I had requested Angela to find the answers for me, as she couldn’t reply to my questions at that time. She was supposed to call me back the next day. Surprisingly, she never called me back; neither even made necessary arrangement so that the other agents could answer to me. When I called the dealer they said Angela is busy with other customer and left a voice message for her. Afterwards, I visited the dealer the same day in person and found out that I was misguided as Angela didn’t show up for work that day. Then I had to find another agent myself to finalize the deal. The vehicle that I bought was a pre-owned and therefore there were some work that needed to be done before the delivery. The worst part started after they sold the vehicle to me. I did not get any calls from Angela or any updates whatsoever of what was going on with the car that I had purchased (which they were supposed to keep me posted). I had to call multiple times (7 or 8 times) to talk to a live agent to find out when the car would be delivered? I called and left voice message to Angela, but as usual, she never replied to my call. At one stage, I WAS CURSING MYSLEF OF CHOOSING MIDLANDS HONDA FOR A PURCHASE. If someone would like to invite worries then they should visit this place. I can say it loud and clear if this dealer still keeps agent like Angela then the day is not far away when they will have to wrap up their business. More

I recently had to refinance my 08 Civic coupe which I bought at Midlands Honda at their old location. I needed to remove a cosigner from the loan and wasn't going to be able to make the payments with my bought at Midlands Honda at their old location. I needed to remove a cosigner from the loan and wasn't going to be able to make the payments with my credit. They helped me find a used 06 Honda Insight, my first hybrid car, which I absolutely love, and the payments were about the same as they were on my old car. Larry Stover was really nice to work with and after choosing the Insight, Kacey Green helped explain all the cool stuff about the hybrids. I liked Midlands Honda when I bought my first car and really appreciate all the help they've given me. I will definitely refer them to friends. More

Visiting Midlands Honda was a great experience for me and my family. Our salesman, Mark Rossi, was extremely helpful with our purchase of a low mileage used vehicle. I was comfortable with leaving my wife with him to sign all of the paperwork for the purchase, which I normally wouldn't do. He stayed until 9:30 pm to make sure everything went well with my wife's purchase. He even came in on his day off the next day so that we could pick up the car. He called us back after hours when we had questions. His attention to detail and his attention to us made us feel like we were buying brand new car although we were buying a pre-owned vehicle. He helped us tremendously with minor issues that could be ignored by most. His customer service that he provided was the best I have ever seen. He should be a person that teaches customer service to everyone. I would definitely go back to Mark Rossi in the future and highly recommend him to everyone I know.
