My daughter called ahead to tell someone there that I was on my way to the dealership. Sales representative Mark Rossi, having met me at the door, warmly greeted me and called me by name as I was about to step inside the sales center. When we sat down, I told him what I was looking for. And he listened. When I asked him questions, he was answered them. When I purchased the car, he followed through on everything that he told me he would. He introduced me to Bob Carter, the finance director, who patiently guided me every step of the way through the financing. Many of the staff smiled and spoke as they passed by. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He came out of his busy office to personally help me. Not many managers would do that. I also felt that he was very trustworthy and I don't trust many people. Together, Sam and Claudette helped me pick a car that suited my needs and more importantly my pocketbook!! I first talked with the Best Service Advisor at Midlands Honda (Preston Locklear) and he told me he would do whatever he could to get the problem taken care of. I then spoke with the best Service Manager in Columbia SC (Regina Salinas) and she also told me that she would go above and beyond to get me some help with the repair of my car. She was outstanding!! She made calls and did everything she could to get me help with my repairs and I must say that, man was I pleased with the outcome. Anyone out there driving a honda can take my word for it I can testify that in my 31 years of life I have never been that pleased with a Dealership Service Department and if you want the very best for your car please please have it serviced at Midlands Honda (Killian Road) in Columbia SC they won't let you down.
