Still has paper tags and already broken. We have had our new car for less than two weeks, and it is already undriveable because the engine makes this HORRIBLE knocking sound when it runs. Let me start by saying that I have purchased 3 used vehicles from Midlands Honda, and I have had decent experiences previously, but their new way of doing business is down right crooked. I found a vehicle online that Midlands Honda had that met almost all of my needs. The only issue I had was that it had higher mileage than I was comfortable with, so, I drove the car and negotiations began. During negotiations, I asked for my trade in value to be increased due apprehensions that I had about the mileage. The Finance manager (Zeke or Jake- not sure) then approached me with a deal; they would throw in a warrant for 2 years and at the same price… That’s what I needed, and I was ready to buy. The process of “paperwork” was very rushed, and everything was done digitally (meaning I never saw any paperwork when I was closing, and instead signed a tablet with my digital signature). But, I was told everything was fine, and when I asked about the warranty price I was assured that it would “be removed.” This was late in the day, the office was closing, and I was told that I could get the “paperwork” tomorrow once I brought my trade-in title back. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable place, so this was fine by me. I return the next day to hand over my title and retrieve the “paperwork.” Instead of “paperwork” I received a USB drive with my warranty and my purchase documents. Just so it’s clear, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK. Since everything seemed above board, and my warranty was in the USB, I threw it in my glovebox to keep it where I needed it. Fast forward about a week, and I receive loan documents from the bank and my principle amount was 2,195 more than expected. Upon further inspection, this was the cost of the warranty that they were going to “throw in.” It appeared that I was not only lied to, but the lack of paper work would indicate that they made every effort to conceal what they were doing. When confronted with this, the finance manager said he added this because, “we needed to get the payments where you wanted.” So basically, they charged me MORE MONEY to my loan because they were helping me with my payments… somehow… and they thought this was supposed to make sense… When confronted they basically called me a liar and told me that they would cancel the warranty, remove that amount from the principle, and offer a small check in leu of any price adjustment that I requested. Thus far, they have only come through on one of those things. Moral of the story, I went to this place because I felt like I could trust a large, established dealership. Unfortunately, they appear to do business in a manner that is more consistent with a daytime cheap commercial type place. These folks used underhanded tactics to not only deceive- but made every effort to conceal what they had done. In truth, I am far from being restored to whole, and the last thing I want is for anyone else to fall into this trap. Avoid purchasing here at all costs. More

Lied to and Cheated Mark sold me a car that he either didn't know too much about or he just lied about it. Said the car had new tires without a manufacturer warranty. Sai Mark sold me a car that he either didn't know too much about or he just lied about it. Said the car had new tires without a manufacturer warranty. Said the sound system had functions that it doesn't. The inspection Honda ran on the car was terrible, They didn't catch that the tires were overinflated and old. Told me they changed the oil but the dash literally shows that the oil hasn't been changed in 2 thousand miles. They couldn't be bothered to take all the dealership stickers out of the car or clean the sticker gunk off the windshield and they didn't let my rental get picked up by the agency for 3 days, causing it to be late when they told me they'd make sure it was handled. More
