However, from the moment I left my truck, I was greeted with an amazing smile and a firm hand shake from Dwayne Smith. He never made me feel obsolete and worked with me step by step until I felt comfortable enough to purchase. He showed me several vehicles and when I felt it was impossible, he introduced me to Chris Alston. Chris treated me so much like family until I gave him the nickname "Uncle Chris" lol! Together these two hardworking men presented me with a car and a deal that was truly unbelievable!!! Lastnight not only did I purchase my very first Honda, I met an amazing team that I now respect and appreciate. Very satisfied customer I bought my Honda Pilot Touring from Midlands Honda a few weeks ago. My husband and I had been looking for a Pilot for the last few months. One fina I bought my Honda Pilot Touring from Midlands Honda a few weeks ago. My husband and I had been looking for a Pilot for the last few months. One finally popped up on Midlands Honda website. We knew we had to jump on it quickly. The price was just what we were looking for in a Touring. When we arrived at the dealership the sales associate Claude Patterson was excellent. He greeted us professionally, and immediately brought the truck around for us to see. He even accommodated my 2 kids. I had questions about a week later, and Mr. Patterson customer service was on point. I would recommend anyone to Midlands Honda. More

Pre Owned Nightmare I would never recommend buying a pre owned car from Midlands Honda. I purchased a 2002 Grand Cherokee with 131,000 miles approximately 4 weeks ago. I I would never recommend buying a pre owned car from Midlands Honda. I purchased a 2002 Grand Cherokee with 131,000 miles approximately 4 weeks ago. I was looking for a dependable car for my 16 year old son. I test drove the car and did the routine maintenance check such as AC, Tire Tread, No check engine light, etc. I asked the sales person Claudette, about the inspection process on the vehicle. It was explained to me which sounded as if it was thoroughly inspected. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and told Claudette I would pick up the car the following day at noon. I asked for the routine wash and for the car to be filled up. I then followed up the following morning and asked for the car to be ready, cleaned, and filled up. Upon arrival, the car was washed but had very little gas. The car mats were also missing. I asked Claudette about the gas and I was told the policy was a $20 fill up max was allowed on used cars. I was also told the car mats were thrown away. She was able to find me some temporary mats to use, but I had to fill up the car so I could get the car home. I felt as if I had to constantly push the envelope to get anything done. The loud music was blaring through the dealership as well, so it did make it hard to even hear or think when purchasing the car. I wish I could say the experience got better the next few days, but that was just the beginning. The next morning when driving the car, the check engine light came on. I called Claudette on her cell phone and told her about the check engine light. She told me that she was off that day and to call service. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. I brought in the car and the service manager he would read the check engine light and they would take care of the issue, since I just bought the car the previous day. I dropped off the car and received a call that evening explaining to me the car needed to go to the Jeep dealership since they could not work on it. I was told not to worry about the issue, that Midlands Honda would take care of it. The following afternoon I received a call from the service manager, telling me that the car was still on the lot and they decided not to fix the Jeep and I needed to call Claudette or the General Manager if I wanted further assistance. I took their advice and called both parties. Guess what, never got a call back, and to this day, have still not received a call. No, thank you, no follow up call from Claudette or the GM on how the car was running or even a courtesy call. I have now owned the Jeep for almost four weeks and have spent over $1500 in repairs. I guess next time I will have more luck buying a newer car and save the hassle. I have owned more than 11 cars in my lifetime and this is the first and last time I will ever purchase a car from Midlands Honda. More
