Making It Do What it Do! I found myself in need of transportation after taking my vehicle in for what I thought was a simple repair. If it could be repaired, I would be out of it for at least a month. That along with the costs had my single parent household in a bad perdicament. I had been contacted by Ms. Angela Chase to come into Midlands Honda a week prior but I was unable to keep the appointment. She was vigilant by staying in contact with me. I was actually dreading going because with everything else going on, I could not handle the rejection. However, with our backs against the wall and in defensive mode my sons and I went to The dealership on Memorial Day. Ms. Angela Chase executed excellent customer service. She is very friendly, persistent and real. I knew I had credit issues. And she handled us with the utmost courtesy, care and respect. Mr. Steve Goldstein was was able to get us an excellent offer for our trade. He was superb in breaking down the car buying process including how to use this as an opportunity to rebuild my credit. Both of them were concerned about the hazardous vehicle we were employing and they would not give up until they were able to identify a payment , terms and vehicle that was to our satisfaction. And last but not least Mr. Dustin Adams. Mr. Adams made the financing process transition with ease. Together this group of excellent professionals made us feel comfortable with and at ease with the process. We were able to get a safe, efficient vehicle that will service our family for quite a while. Hats off to Midlands Honda's Angela Chase, Steve Goldstein and Dustin Adams for "making it do what it do" in their execution of superb customer service, friendly atmosphere and understanding care towards my family ! More

Terrible service It was the most terrible experience I ever had. I have to admit, sale managers were very nice and experienced. Problems started with a financial manag It was the most terrible experience I ever had. I have to admit, sale managers were very nice and experienced. Problems started with a financial manager. He tried to sell "extended protection" with attempts to explain that new Honda Odyssey not as reliable as the old one I had previously. When I refuse, he yelled I deprive him of his money, explaining that the goal of the dealership is to sell services and warranties, but not Honda cars. Next things get even worse. About a month after the purchasing, it appears that the dealership did not register the car and inform my insurance agent. As a result of negligence , I drove almost a month without insurance and registration. As expected, did not get any apology from Midlands Hinda. More
