Change of heart Initially shopping for a used car but ended up buying a new one. During the test drive of the used car, I noticed vibrations and noise but the salesm Initially shopping for a used car but ended up buying a new one. During the test drive of the used car, I noticed vibrations and noise but the salesman denied hearing/feeling anything. Not impressed with denial. Almost left without shopping further. When taken to the sales office, I expressed an interest in a car of a different color that was parked next to the one I test drove. They did not know about it. Turns out the lot manager was unloading a truck, processing them for the sales lot and bringing them out. I had to take the salesman out to the lot again to show him there were other colors. During the finance process, my agent was pleasant to deal with, but I had to let him know I had already been approved for a lower rate through another lender that this dealership actually uses. I think sometimes they could probably do better for their customers if they screened lenders better. More
