Midlands Honda is a joke. Had a car listed for $26,779 on Saturday. When I went to look at the car on Monday after it was taken home by another customer Friday night who was N Had a car listed for $26,779 on Saturday. When I went to look at the car on Monday after it was taken home by another customer Friday night who was NOT going to buy it, and today when I got there, price was $29,000. I showed the salesman Saturday the ad on Auto Trader ($26,779) and over the weekend, the price increased by $3,000. I haven’t heard from the dealership since and that is false advertisement on the dealership’s behalf. After the whole ordeal, the dealership put the advertisement BACK on the internet and on AutoTrader for the price of $26,779. The manager says they priced it incorrectly but would honor the $26,779 but it is obviously not priced incorrectly since it has been added back to the website at the original price I saw. More

Over the past 30 years, two generations of my family have bought cars from Midlands Honda. Before that we purchased cars (not always Hondas) from other dealers, but once we found Midlands Honda we never went bought cars from Midlands Honda. Their sales representatives have always been well informed, efficient, patient with our questions and, to our unending delight, honest and not at all pushy! (Let me give a shoutout here to Claudette Green, a delightful, soft-spoken sales rep. who helped me buy my present car and from whom I intend to buy all future cars! She regularly follows up with her customers to see if we have any questions and to tell us of any changes or new models that may be of interest to us, and I think she has even sent us birthday cards!) All of our cars have been very well, and very quickly, serviced at the dealership, so that none of us (except our kids once they moved away) has ever wanted to do business with any other smaller service outlets that are much closer to home (for oil changes, tune-ups, or tire purchases, for example), and the cars are returned to us washed & vacuumed!! And here's another shout out to an outstanding service representative who has attended to my car for many, many years - - MR. GLEN BARKER ! He's a soft-spoken, relaxed gentleman who listens patiently to my list of concerns and asks pertinent questions about my car, then carefully evaluates & explains what needs to be done; and in case I'm worrying about something else, he also lets me know what does NOT have to be done. He is courteous, informative, efficient, respectful and friendly, and I won't go to anyone else - - though I must add that everyone I've dealt with at Midlands Honda has been reliably pleasant and helpful. I've been driving for almost 60 years (I'm almost 75) and I can honestly say that I've regularly received the very best service from this dealership. Give these guys a big raise!! - - - Why isn't Mr. Barker's name listed below???? He deserves recognition! More
