Unprofessional Staff We were looking for Honda Pilot Touring model in late 2016. For the first time we were visiting this dealer. As soon as we entered, we were greeted We were looking for Honda Pilot Touring model in late 2016. For the first time we were visiting this dealer. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Dee Compton. While still at the door she started boasting all about Honda Service providing free coffee, Tv and stuff while we wait for the service. We had visited in the afternoon and she asked if we would like to have coffee or water. I asked for coffee and she came back saying their coffee burner is out! Then she didn't even cared to offer water or anything. While leaving she asked to get her some Samosas! Then she checked if they had Touring model and told us they don't have it. After we came back home, she called us they found a Touring Model!!! What kind of checking they or their sister branches might have done. Back then we were considering other car options so told her we will get back to her later. Then 2nd time we went, we test drove Elite version as Touring wasn't there. She said they had a touring model but someone bought it. Then we went to Aldi (2' away from this dealer). We parked and entered Aldi and in 5' she calls and says again they found a touring model! What kind of impression this leaves? We visited to check out the color that we were looking for as they didn't have it. We needed Black exterior and Grey interior. She pulled up the car and driver's side door was left open by her. She went back and was doing something in the trunk. I and my hubby were on either side of the car near the 2nd door. I opened the door and saw the seat button and touched it and chair tilted down and slide forward. I found it cool and told my hubby. In meantime she came near me telling me if I wanted to take her job and show the car!!! that was quite an insulting! then she said no I was just kiddin'! We had been to Hyundai and we had agent not go over the car features! Literally we had to ask questions! They said the car in Charlotte, NC will be brought here for $500 deposit. Dee said if we won't buy the car after we find any fault then we will still get $500 deposit back. Then when manager came, I asked him the same question just to confirm. He said we would lose $500! They kept telling us how Pilot Touring was in high demand so they didn't have it and back then didn't qualify for 0% finance either. Costco Auto Program helped us get the car for about $40,800. But anyways, the $500 was put as down towards the car. The day we had to buy the car on Dec 31st, we were at the store for 4 hours. I checked out their service area waiting room and surprisingly they had 4 coffee machines and French Vanilla and Hot chocolate machines too. I guess all went out at the same time! Then the manager gave us 2.54% finance interest rate. and told us we could get 1.99% at some credit bureau in downtown. I came home and at night checked on Honda's website where they were offering 2%!!! Next day when we went to get the car and sign papers, manager gave us 2.09% interest rate! Then came VIN number problem. They made us sign papers with wrong VIN number and we figured out when Dee was helping us set up the Sirius XM when my hubby was with Sirius XM agent on phone. Then all the paperwork had additional email id that displayed 1st and last name @gmail.com we never gave such email id and God knows where they got it from. We told Dee, it is wrong but was not rectified while we were there for 4 hours. She said financing manager would do it. We told him, he said they (agent) will do it! Then after coming home started receiving all emails with wrong email id under "CC" section that was most likely going to someone else. After 3-4 email request, finally they took off the wrong email id from their system. Then they had told us how every 3rd Thursday they have Workshop for Honda Pilot Touring Features. Just before 3rd Thursday on Monday we received an email from Karl to attend the upcoming Workshop on Thursday. Next day on Tuesday Dee Compton said she has checked for us and the clinic starts at 6PM. Leave Room for Cookies! As my hubby would be working at that time so he asked me to attend. I went there only to find they did not have Workshop!!!!!!!!!! No one cared to call, email!!! Then on Friday morning Paul Ray again sends reminder that they have Workshop every 3rd Thursday! These people think they are playing snakes and ladders! Highly Unprofessional Staff!!! More

He was quite knowledgeable about each car's safety features, technology features, and engine specifics. He was also very patient with my uncle and I who had plenty of questions for him. With other dealerships, I felt pressure into getting the car right then and there. However, with Midlands Honda, they made sure I was making a sound decision when it came to my car choice. They even gave me great amount on my trade in. My uncle agrees that this was one of the smoothest car sales he's ever experienced. I walked out of the dealership with a 2017 Honda Accord Sport around 6:00 pm that evening and was not disappointed one bit. More

Worst Service Center Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company a Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company and pick up the car. At 7:30 she stated that they wound be there soon. After not hearing back from her and not getting a call from the towing company, called a local towing company and was told that they were originally contacted to get the car but Midland called it off. After wasting 5 hours and no explanation from Midland took it to another service center. Thanks to Midland, our daugther is now stuck in Columbia and we have to go pick her up. Worst service experience ever and a totally incompetent staff. More
