Great Professional I have been coming to Midlands dealership for over a year always talking to Mr. Charles Green about buying a vehicle and each time he takes time out t I have been coming to Midlands dealership for over a year always talking to Mr. Charles Green about buying a vehicle and each time he takes time out to show me what the dealership has to offer. And I know most salesmen would have just pushed me aside because of the number of times I have came in and never bought a vehicle. I told Mr. Green probably on my fifth visit there with him not to be worried because when I buy a vehicle I would buy from him. So on 30 Dec 2017 I went and so Mr. Green and as usual he treated me like I was a new customer as if we just met. Because he gave me all the information I asked for and more on a particular vehicle, which was a 2013 Honda Accord LX. After going over a few things he assured me that he could get me everything asked for concerning the vehicle. Needless to say a few minuets later between Mr. Green and the dealership staff (Mr. Patterson) I left with my vehicle on my terms thanks to Mr. Green and Mr. Patterson. Mr. Green has always put his customers interest at heart, he tries to met there every need, I think every dealership needs a Mr. (workaholic) Green. Damean was Excellent We purchased our first 2017 Pilot Touring AWD on May 31st, we missed couple of things like Mud guards, 3rd row floor mat, trunk tray so on. By the time we realized Midlands honda sales rep saif it was too late. Sales person back then did not explain much. For our second car we were thinking whether to go to this place or not. We sent an inquiry through their website, Steve Graham replied with their best price. We negotiated over the phone and agreed on a price. Steve was busy in meetings so Damean came to help me on behalf of Steve. Midlands honored price given to me over phone and started paperwork. Just before paper work Damean gave a tour of my 2017 Elite, package and what all are included. Only thing to improve is financial department (as in most of the dealerships) it took us couple of hours to finish paperwork. We went next day to collect the car, Damean had it ready and help me by explaining and setting up things like android auto, Bluetooth etc., he was with me till I left. If you find a sales person like Damean I would definitely recommend this place. More

Chris Brown work with me in the finance of the car and also with other products. I added the extended warranty and gap insurance for my vehicle, and that wasn't expensive at all. In all a very satisfying experience, definitely happy to have bought my new car at Midlands Honda. More
