Terrible service dept I have been to the service department 4 times since I bought a brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX. First, they didn't re-set my oil monitor after changing I have been to the service department 4 times since I bought a brand new 2015 Cadillac SRX. First, they didn't re-set my oil monitor after changing the oil, so I had to take off work a second time for an oil change. Now, after equipment failure in the electrical system, I have been without my car for 5 days, and they can't tell when it will be ready. Yes. A brand new Cadillac with less than 4,000 miles. Instead of being embarrassed to have this happen on a new car, they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. In fact, one lady told me maybe I should buy a different brand if I wasn't satisfied. Also, good luck getting through to them on the phone. If they answer, they put you on hold for 10 minutes. Go somewhere else to buy a car.. More
