This was absolutely the best service experience we have ever had. The car was purchased at another dealership and had nothing but problems with service. Long story short, I broke my rear view mirror. I came in during the afternoon hoping to get my car fixed, well, right away. I was greeted at once. He found a spot for me. He gave me a time frame that I would wait. He explained the hourly rate. Armed with this information I could chose stay or come back later. I chose stay. The shortest amount of time and a very agreeable service charge later I was in my car and on my way home. Why is this important? It is because I was made to feel like Compass Motor's favorite customer by a very nice person that believe I might have been a little cranky to in the past. I rated this based on my return to the dealership the day after my service appointment. The day of my service I was quoted on a scratch I wanted to fix while it was there for an oil change. Shortly after le after my service appointment. The day of my service I was quoted on a scratch I wanted to fix while it was there for an oil change. Shortly after leaving I noticed a new scratch which I think happened when the car was washed. I called the service department and left a message about it but didn't hear back. The next day I went back and Rich helped me without any problems and my scratches were fixed and the car was washed again. He gave excellent customer service and always is super friendly. More
