Middletown Volkswagen

I bought my 2 Mazdas from Compass and then stayed local (Kingston) to buy my VW. After multiple nightmares dealing with that service department with my GTI and my wife's TDI Sportwagen I can never bring m (Kingston) to buy my VW. After multiple nightmares dealing with that service department with my GTI and my wife's TDI Sportwagen I can never bring myself to deal with them again - on any level. Getting to Middletown is royal pain for me but it has proven to be worth it. Austin was super friendly and as accommodating as I could ask for anyone to be. Keep people like him talking to customers because it can only do good things for your business! My next car will be another Mazda or VW and it will be purchased from Compass because you have all been fantastic. Thanks, Mike Newman More

There was no wait to check vehicle in for service. The service representative, Austin, was polite courteous and a complete professional during my entire time waiting for my car to be completed.
