Dan, the rep. who checked me in, offered to shuttle me anywher I was scheduled for my 10,000-mile service check and it was a very pleasant experience. Too make a long story short, I had my Jetta tdi serviced at Compass Motors. which I had purchased from another vw dealer which was too far away to get the car back there without towing it. I wanted the car at Compass Motors. which I had purchased from another vw dealer which was too far away to get the car back there without towing it. I wanted the car to be close to home so I called your service dept. Austin got the car right in for service to figure out all the problems I was having. I want to let you know I drove the car only 200 miles home and started having problems with it. I figured this car was possessed, and my night mare was going to begin. but then Austin came to my rescue. He had the car checked out, dealt with the warranty company, and then order the parts .Ausin also set up a rental car for me through the warranty company. He made my experience stress free.. It was great. He was extremely professional, courteous,and friendly kept his word to me when he said he would give me a call to let me know what was goin on , he absoluely did...I have been to a few service dept at other dealers in my life but yours rate #1. TheJetta is now fixed and all the problems are solved. Im not even worried if I should ever need service again.. I know Austin and his team of workers will be there for me...Oh by the way Im loving my JETTA TDI, and the fuel mileage but not the speeding ticket LOL....Thanks again Austin and all the mechanic at Compass....Fran More
