A few day ago, I took delivery of a 2024 Taos SE. I have put 100 miles on it so far, a good part of that was a ride into NYC and back. From the time I walked into the showroom, I felt comfortable with his calm, no-pressure nature. He wasn't even upset when I took off on my test drive without him. LOL. He was very knowlegeable and helpful on describing the features of the Taos, and helping me set it up. He and Christian Diaz worked with me to hit the monthly payment I was comfortable with for a lease, and I got a great trade in amount on my Golf Wagon. They were true to their word on the incentive. When it came to the financing paperwork, Abe Kiryako handled everything with ease and was thorough in explaining my repeated questions. I can't forget to mention, Josie Santiago, who put into the able hands of John when I first walked into the dealership. It was an all around pleasant experience. Extremely rude,arrogant, and unprofessional service dept. The service manager was the worse of them. He didn't return 2 of my phone calls.
