1) Vehicle was being repaired for 5 weeks… It was clear our vehicle was not a priority to expedite the process. 2) For the majority of the five weeks if I got an update, I had to show up in person becau our vehicle was not a priority to expedite the process. 2) For the majority of the five weeks if I got an update, I had to show up in person because my phone calls were not returned most of the time. 3) I asked for a full assessment prior to fixing because I didn’t want to spend too much money. They finally fixed the original problem but then afterwards they identified another problem that would not pass inspection. So now if I wanted it to pass inspection, I have to pay more than twice what I originally agreed. I told service rep if I knew this ahead of time I wouldn’t have done the original repairs. I would have not fixed it at all and traded it in. It is clear that they are understaffed and over worked. I’m sure they are nice people but my experience was not good at all. I would not buy a car there or get any additional service. More
Dan's performance has been incredibly frustrating. He often interrupts and doesn't listen to concerns. Despite my repeated requests for a tire rotation during multiple visits, it was never done becaus He often interrupts and doesn't listen to concerns. Despite my repeated requests for a tire rotation during multiple visits, it was never done because he claimed it wasn't necessary. Now, I'm facing the need for new tires. Most recently, I brought my car in for front brake service, which I agreed to pay for. However, when I went to settle the bill, I discovered that the rear brakes were replaced without my consent, while the front brakes, which were the source of the noise, were ignored. I ended up having to replace the front brakes myself, wasting $800. On the other hand, Ryan has been a great help. Dan’s approach is detrimental to the department’s reputation. I’m now dealing with another issue that should be covered, but Dan seems indifferent. When I asked to speak to a manager, he refused to let me. New management should take note of these concerns. More

Well first of all the setup is terrible no parking very narrow driveway etc. I let them know I was coming and the guy was ready for me that is the only positive. I told him from the start I was coming from narrow driveway etc. I let them know I was coming and the guy was ready for me that is the only positive. I told him from the start I was coming from the doctors and did not have alot of time- i ended up being there over 90 minutes which was longer then i wanted and plenty of time to give me numbers. i live 35 mins away. so after the test drive he takes me keys and makes me wait 30-40mins while they were supposed to be appraising my car and getting me numbers. which they also could of done while i was on the test drive too. he tells me 5 more mins and never comes back, i have to go find him and then he tells me to come back another day. total waste of my time. i contact him the next day he tells me he is off but will get the numbers. bottom line 3 days later still no numbers and telling me to come back in. GAMES AND WASTED MY TIME. More

She quickly responded to my questions and really put in the extra effort to try and find a deal that would f was the one who responded to that email.
