I was very nervous about the whole process but Dan took the time to sit and talk to me. He walked me thru everything and made everything understandable. I appreciate all that he did for me. Problem addressed. Nissan needs to improve design of Sentra. Would not buy a Sentra again. Phil was accomodating in helping deal with the issues. I was not happy with the service dept except for the Sentra. Would not buy a Sentra again. Phil was accomodating in helping deal with the issues. I was not happy with the service dept except for the technician who was very nice to work with! Overall, the issue was resolved but could have been resolved a lot sooner had the service dept. listened to the customer. More
