I have leased 2 new vehicles from Middletown Nissan, a 2004 Pathfinder Platinum Edition, a 2006 Nissan Altima, and most recently a pre-owned Infinity G35X AWD.....The entire staff is very courteous, and bends over backwards to satisfy it's customers. Quite frankly, no matter what car I was thinking of purchasing in the future, I would not even consider another dealer. Tommy DiCicco is the consummate professional, and has always made my wife and I feel very comfortable, and always made impossible deals a reality for us. This is very rare in the car business. Having been in the business myself 15 years ago, it is a pleasure to see their operation run the way I dreamed my dealership would have. Everyone is on the same page here. From top to bottom. Ric Casella, our salesmen in all of these deals, has always looked out for our best interests when selling us a car, and describing the details of all the many features and benefits on all kinds of different makes and models geared towards our desired driving experience. Dawn Brennan topped the last experience off with a financing deal that was so good, I couldn't pass it up. In this economy, I see my own business realizing downward trends, but when I enter this classy showplace at Middletown Nissan, it never surprises me as to why the desks are all full with "Buyers", and not shoppers, all truly enjoying the purchasing experience that they are clearly enjoying. I have recommended many of my friends and family already to this dealership, and have complete faith in the fact that when my friends and family visit this dealership, they will be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy when negotiating and financing this large type of purchase. This dealership has won countless awards. For the Altima I bought, they had a promotion that no other area Nissan dealer was offering. They had to locate the car I was looking for, as they did not have the exact interior color on their lot. They did this within a matter of a few hours and had the car there the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or the salesman with whom I worked - Dale Richards. I have never bought two cars in a row from the same dealer as I did with them, but with their track record, I could easily buy my third! More

We never planned on getting such an expensive car, but after many meetings and talks with Mr. Kamal, he convinced us to buy the Hybrid explaining all its features and benefits. The color that we wanted for our car wasn't available in the lot, and so he helped us order that car that we wanted. And he said it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks, and came here within 3 days. Their service was very quick, and smooth, having all happened on a very busy weekend- last weekend of "cash for clunkers." It was great working with the Nissan staff, and I am very happy that I decided on the Nissan Hybrid purchase from Middletown Nissan. More
