I worked with a lot of great sales reps, they are not to blame!! I originally gave this dealership 5 stars but unfortunately feel the need to change it to a 1 star due to fraud. I had leased a car bac blame!! I originally gave this dealership 5 stars but unfortunately feel the need to change it to a 1 star due to fraud. I had leased a car back in 2021 and bought it out 4 months ahead of schedule (6/2024 instead of 10/2024). I signed the contract and made a check that included the 4 additional lease payments. Long story short, an additional lease payment was taken out of my bank account after the contract had been signed. When I asked them, they told me numerous times that I’d receive a refund check in the mail. Fast forward 4 months, I never received anything, but when I contacted Nissan finance, they claimed my account wasn’t closed until 7/2024 and that everything balances out. The DMV clerk cut me off consistently and hung up the phone. Unfortunately this means the dealership kept my lease payment. I asked several times for a copy of my signed paperwork which I have not received. Anyways, I thankfully ended up getting my money back when I contacted my bank and let them know the situation (shoutout to BOA) but I am frustrated because I really did like them and was planning on buying my Nissan Z in 2026…just won’t be doing that anymore. Update 10/10: We spoke to the bank that Nissan works with directly, they told us our check includes 4 lease payments - However an extra payment was taken out of my account…and this has been CONFIRMED officially by the bank. I’ve taken this up with Nissan Corporate as well as consumer affairs and they have encouraged me to take legal action. More

They will promise you anything until they have your money and then they don't know your name. It took me three weeks and multiple phone calls to get my truck in the condition I paid for it. I must have visited the dealership 5 or 6 times for a registration, a bed liner and a bed cover a 40-minute drive each time. The work seemed to have been done properly but they seem to be in the habit of telling you something will be ready at a certain time, and you show up at the appointed hour and it is not ready. You should receive your vehicle in the condition it was promised, pay your bill and drive off. A supposed 3 days turning into three weeks of hassle. Sales staff is untrained in basic sales techniques. Staff is screwing around in the showroom on a ping pong table or having coffee hour. If they are not engaged with customers, they should be dialing for dollars. Ditch the ping pong table and establish a dress code for salespeople. Weird combination of anything goes on salespeople. Black pants, black shoes and a Nissan golf shirt would be my recommendation. No exceptions. Time for some sales training: Zig Zigler, Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins and my personal favorite Lee Dubois though he is hard to find now a days. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer and would not recommend them to friends or business associates. The building is pretty but that is about it. More
Classic bait & switch. Confirmed multiple times that I used car was available to test drive. Once my daughter arrived on site they said no car was available and that it was Confirmed multiple times that I used car was available to test drive. Once my daughter arrived on site they said no car was available and that it was in the shop to be make sure it was okay to drive! Then they proceeded to tell her that there was no car under $20,000. When we looked at the website there was at least a dozen cars under $20,000. Is it just that hard to run an honest business? More
Horrible bait and switch. Went with my daughter to help her buy her first car. Dealer has used vehicle at decent price listed. Called and arranged morning test drive. Called a Went with my daughter to help her buy her first car. Dealer has used vehicle at decent price listed. Called and arranged morning test drive. Called again before we left and were assured the vehicle was still available. When we arrived we were told the vehicle had sold. We were told be the sold several hours before we arrived and several hours before they confirmed with us it was still there. But that would also have been before the dealership opened. No apology given but they certainly wanted to try to sell us another car at a higher price. They did not. To make matters worse, when we got home I called again just asking if the car was available and was told it was still there, which of course we knew to be false. So that's my kids first car buying experience. Needless to say, she wont be a loyal customer. More
Couldn’t even tell me the size tires on the car THEY SOLD ME! After multiple phone calls to try and speak with a person with a brain, I couldn’t. The next car most certainly will NOT be from these clowns! ME! After multiple phone calls to try and speak with a person with a brain, I couldn’t. I could not give enough thanks to Celle. My husband wanted a new car and even though I had no intentions of saying yes, last night I picked up my new Rogue. Two weeks ago, after driving by another dealership, we stopped just to look and had a horrendous experience, and I was against even looking at anything. This weekend we went to Middletown Nissan and met Celle, who was understanding and very helpful. This is my second car from Middletown Nissan and we have purchased 4 from Port Jervis Jeep/ Dodge. As long as we are in NY, we will only get our vehicles from MN or PJJD. Celle is a great person and a wonder asset to the group. And I have to give thanks to Jason in finance who was cheerful and made me laugh. More
I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SALES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! SARA IN FINANCE TALKED ME INTO A MAINTANANCE CONTRACT FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THAT I COULD NOT LEASE THE VEHICLE I FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!! SARA IN FINANCE TALKED ME INTO A MAINTANANCE CONTRACT FOR OIL CHANGES BECAUSE I EXPLAINED THAT I COULD NOT LEASE THE VEHICLE I WAS GETTING DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE, SO I BOUGHT THE CONTRACT ONLY TO GO FOR MY FIRST OIL CHANGE AND BE TOLD THAT I AM ONLY ALLOWED 2 OIL CHANGES PER YEAR OR A TOTAL OF 12 OIL CHANGES IN THE 6 YEAR PERIOD, WHY THE HECK WOULD I AGREE TO THAT WHEN I PUT ABOUT 2,000-2500 MILES PER MONTH ON MY CAR!!!! WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND GET MY $1615.46 BACK SHE STOPPED RESPONDING, WOULDN'T TAKE MY CALLS AND THEN TRIED TO PRORATE SOMETHING I NEVER USED! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY $134.63 FOR A FRIGGIN OIL CHANGE???? I ALSO TRIED TO HAVE THE SALES GUY ERIC HELP ME, HE MADE PROMISES THAT NEVER HAPPENED, SO IN TURN I HAVE TO DISPUTE IT ALL WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DON'T OWN UP TO THEIR ERRORS. I WOULD NEVER SIGN AN AGREEMENT CAPPING OIL CHANGES AT 12 FOR A 6 YEAR PERIOD WITH THE AMOUNT OF MILES I DRIVE!!!!! I WILL GIVE KUDOS TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH AND FULLY EXPLAIN THINGS, THEY DON'T LEAVE IMPORT PARTS OUT JUST TO MAKE A SALE! More
Terrible! Do not expect help from these guys if you want to purchase your vehicle at the end of your lease. First of all, they refused to return my phone calls Do not expect help from these guys if you want to purchase your vehicle at the end of your lease. First of all, they refused to return my phone calls and discuss the transaction over the phone, Despite me leaving multiple messages for finance, sales, and management. Then when I finally went into the dealership, they sat me down like a new sales prospect, wasted my time, wanted to charge me $000s extra just to handle my transaction. They won’t tell you this, but you can send a check directly to Nissan finance and they will send your title and bill of sale directly back to you. You don’t need the dealer, especially when the dealer is as difficult to work with as these guys! More
