I have purchased three vehicles (over several years) from this dealer and the same salesman. They have always done thier best to provide after sales service. After sales support has continued even though I moved away and bought my next car from a local dealer in another state. They have remained in contact and helped get the refunds I was entitled from the last purchase I made at Middleton. I highly recommend them. More

I am so impressed with the service at Middleton Ford! I had an appointment and Mandi my salesperson and she was there waiting for me in the parking lot when I drove up. The group is a class act and I would recommend buying from Middleton Ford to any of my friends and family. I actually had a really good time with the buying process because the sales people and the finace people made me feel comfortable and they were extremely knowledgable about the SUV I was buying. They also took the time to find out my needs and what SUV fit me the best. Jason, Mandi, Eric, were so helpful and fun to work with. Everything about the experience was positive, including the enviornment. I walked away confident in my purchase and self assured that I purchased a quality product. Thanks Middleton Ford! More

Mandi did a great job qualifying me as a buyer, finding the vehicle that fit my needs, following up, and making the sale. She's a real winner. When I was looking for a new car, I was kind of nervous because it was the first time that I had looked for a car on my own. So when I was looking for dealerships, I search most of the Madison area, but k because it was the first time that I had looked for a car on my own. So when I was looking for dealerships, I search most of the Madison area, but kept coming back to Middleton Ford because I felt like I could trust them. I really liked the people that worked there and environment really made it comfortable to ask them questions and tell them my concerns. They really focused on my needs and what I wanted. They had a great selection of cars and showed me the car facts about the vehicle before I even asked. I got to test drive each car with the sales rep, Mandi. She was great. Overall, for my first time buying a car on my own, I would say it was a great experience. I ended up purchasing a 2008 Madza 6 that they had on their lot and I love it! Great place to go if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. More
