I bought a new F-150 pickup. I had a specfic color and option package in mind that the dealer did not have in stock. In 2 instances he found the truck but the other dealers would not come to terms to negotiate the price and deadline for purchase that I had imposed. Finally he found one that would work and actually had had his "parents" Mom and Dad pick it up. That is going way above and beyond what should be expected, but Steve acted like if thats what it takes, thats what we do! My wife and I have now leased our third vehicle from Middleton Ford with Steve Statz as our sales representative. Steve has made us feel confortable with each lease. We reviewed all options of the new Taurus and we were able to eliminate options that we felt were not needed in our next vehicle given the standard options that came with the car. Bottom line, we leased a new Taurus that we love, meeets our needs on a vehicle and is within our finaces. I have even switch my 2001 F-150 truck service work to Middleton Ford based on the service from Stave as our sales representative and the service staff. The service staff have always been helpful giving me the information needed to make a wise repair choice now and in the future. More
