Back and Forth combative Staff I purchased a new 2017 F150 from this dealer and at 17k miles started having significant issues with the auto-start-stop feature. In between episodes of getting stranded on the side of the road with a new truck, I would bring the truck in to this dealer just to have them tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with the truck or that they fixed the problem just to get stranded on the side of the road again. The staff member I worked with was combative and defensive when I told him I did not want part of my weekly routine to involve getting stranded in my new truck, bringing it in to them, having them tell me it works fine, and then have the truck keep breaking down. An interesting note: I discovered that they never created a log for the first time they inspected the vehicle. Very shady practices and equally combative staff that refuse to show understanding or willingness to go the extra mile for the customers that make their paychecks possible. More
