Leaking antifreeze new car Poor overall service. Wouldn't recommend my dog to go here. Basically told that it is normal for a brand new car to leak antifreeze and that it isn' Poor overall service. Was sold a lemon by this dealership and now am stuck with a car that is drinking down antifreeze like it's going out of style. No doubt the next thing will be the motor. xxxx poor all the way around sales service and all. Dealership should be shut down! If there was a negative star rating they would have it. More
Quicklane decline I have been coming to this Quicklane for general maintenance for years and have started seeing a big decline. I used to get quick, accurate, well done I have been coming to this Quicklane for general maintenance for years and have started seeing a big decline. I used to get quick, accurate, well done service. However, recently I have seen a decline that has me looking for another place to service my truck. On a recent visit, I scheduled an appointment for a Works oil change. I arrived on time at 5, and found that my truck wasn't even started on until almost 6. Then the service took over an hour and I didn't get out until after 7. This was only basic service, and I should have been in and out in less than an hour total. During that visit, I asked for full synthetic oil and for them to replace all the lug nuts with some new ones I brought in. This was all recorded and typed in the service report, so it should have been clear to the tech that worked on my truck. After the service was done, I found out that they didn't use synthetic oil as requested or replace the lug nuts when they rotated the tires. Also during the service they mentioned that I needed a new air filter, which I declined because I was going to change that myself. Then after they were done, I found out they had replaced the air filter anyway. After arriving home I also found oily smear marks on the paint and my truck was dripping oil on my garage floor from excess oil spilled when replacing the oil filter. Overall it was a very poor experience and I will be looking for another place to take my truck for service. The only positive was that Troy was kind enough to not charge me for the oil change. More
Unexpected service was needed. I started having issues on the way to work. Was with in a mile of dealership. They got me, which was great. They made the repairs. I was told the truck was done and there was a test drive. Got no more than 300 yards and truck started acting up again. I had to limp it back to the dealership to get repaired. More
