Not impressed There was confusion with my appointment time, but did work in vehicle. Just took some time. Tires were not rotated even though part of service. Steve Statz was wonderful to work with during the sales process. Since I ran a few different business operations, I do have a few recommendations for improvement. Your telephone system does not provide a link for important information other than voicemail. I believe all 3 voicemails were not retrieved ( two different people). Frustrating! Also extended warranty at end of sale is a joke. Discuss up front with detailed info. This needs attention along with realistic pricing. Your current process may negate me from recommending Middleton Ford. More
Only 1 needed. Horrible customer service Had to come in multiple times because the planners can not plan. Also had billing all messed up was not able to take my car right away because service guy did not write the bill up right. Then when they contacted him he had no idea of what I was talking about. We only talked about it days prior. It was real nice bringing in my car when they guy doing it was not even there. If you were on top of it I would think you would of knew that prior to the day and called. But I guess your not. But it looked good all except the part that was missed. They work hard to resolve any and all issues! I had issues with my Ford Explorer maintaining sync with my phone. Long wait but got it done I like the service and know I can feel safe when I drive off.
