I had first chatted with an associate on the website the night before I went in, and they set up the meeting with the dealership. I got an email early the next morning confirming same and to ask for Ernest Winters. When we got to the dealership, the Cherokee was out front, and Ernest was available, friendly and down to earth. Superior service and was able to negotiate a little for a better deal! Loved dealing with Ernest! Great guy, super nice, funny and all around genuine person . So was the finance gal. I reached a dead end and went to Middleton Ford to interview Mike in the service department. He explained the steps they would take to find the problem. They found the main module was faulty, replaced it and stayed on budget. All works now and I have my air conditioning back and am able to leave the car in the garage for a couple of weeks without having a dead battery. More
