Next day they called and said it went through and i had qualified for the amount of the vehicle i wanted. I live in Boise. An associate just happened to need to come in to Boise thst day so they even drove the car out to Boise for me. I went from casually looking for a car to Driving my new car in 3 days. And no pressure to get anything specific! I was looking for a certified used car but they pointed out was that for the price range i was looking for i could get a brand new car instead. I took them up on the offer!! So instead of a used car i have a Brand New one!!! More

Fantastic service!!! Great Customer service from the tech. i had came in to get my car service and was greeted by a technician named, Sandman. He kindly assisted me with by introducing me to the service manag i had came in to get my car service and was greeted by a technician named, Sandman. A little over a half hour had passed and my care was ready to go. To my surprise the Tech, Sandman had also cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. He never "cold calls" me later if I didn't make a purchase that day. A true treat to deal with. Today, I went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a used vehicle for my wife. The Manager made an initial offer and I made what I felt was a reasonable counter offer, which was based on Kelley Blue book values. Eduardo took it to the Manager but instead of having a dialog with me about why we had different opinions of the values at hand or making a counter offer, I was told by Eduardo he said "There are a lot of books" and was summarily dismissed as unimportant and ushered out the door. He never even came out of his "office" to talk to me. More
