Dash lights and taillights were out, oil change, etc. We have four Hondas and this was the Best experience we've ever had with a dealership. We live in Meridian Idaho, but will be driving to this delership just to get our Hondas serviced. More
Great X-mas eve service! On the morning of X-mas eve, the roads were very snowy and slushy; and, my Honda's windshield washer fluid was gone. All "quick lube" businesses were On the morning of X-mas eve, the roads were very snowy and slushy; and, my Honda's windshield washer fluid was gone. All "quick lube" businesses were closed. I pulled into Middlekauff Honda and the Service Manager and Techinician quickly filled the fluid. I was able to drive safely home on a very snowy day because of their service! Thanks! More

No one in the place was at all pushy, and I got a very good vibe from the people in the service department too, although I hope I do not see them too often........... not expecting to, since my first car was Honda, an '87 Accord hatchback, which I think had exactly 1 problem during the 10+ years I owned it. Exceptional!!! I am heading to CA tomorrow, stopped by to check tires, fluids, oil change, etc. It was very busy @ noon and Lance suggested I come back after 3:00 p I am heading to CA tomorrow, stopped by to check tires, fluids, oil change, etc. It was very busy @ noon and Lance suggested I come back after 3:00 pm, which I did and I was in and out so fast. I was told I needed transmission fluid exchange. I had my oil changed, tires checked, fluids topped off, etc. Excellent experience. Lance has great people skills, a true asset, and I felt great when I left!! Mr. Woodruff and Mr. Rojas were excellent, too when I told them about how great Lance is. Middlekauff is amazing and I will tell my friends this is the place to go!! More

Extremely poor service On October 13th I took my CRV to the service department at Middlekauff in Twin Falls Idaho. The car battery had died the day prior and I got to the se On October 13th I took my CRV to the service department at Middlekauff in Twin Falls Idaho. The car battery had died the day prior and I got to the service department around 8:15 in the morning. I was greeted by Greg Malberg. He asked what was wrong with the vehicle. I explained to him the battery had died the day before and I needed a new one. I asked Greg if this change would take long, at what he replied "no". I figured if wouldn't be longer that 30 minutes. An hour in a half went by, i was not told the reason it was taking so long to get the job done. I asked Greg how much longer, he was on the phone with somebody else, was rude to me and after had a chance he told me the ring that holds battery in place had broken off! I could not believe why he did not let me know as soon as this had happened!! I was anxious to go back to work, Greg offered to loan me a car and told me the part would be there when it was there!! Nobody called me to let me know car was ready, I called during my lunch hour and asked if car was ready, nobody knew if it was. I picked up car, needles to say by then I was very upset at the lack of customer service I had ever experience at Honda!!! Greg apologized saying tome "I"m the only one here!!!" As a customer for 3 years now, how was that my problem???? Greg then took a 10% discount on my bill and give me a bussiness card with a "free oil change"!! really??? How is that supposed to make me happy? also my husband called twice and nobody picked up the phone!!! I was thinking about looking at another CRV but after this nasty service experience, I am done with MIddlekauff!!!! Sincerely, Gioconda Myers More
Insanely Easy I was able to buy a car with a text message. I shot Aaron a text telling him what I wanted and then he shot me a text back telling me he had found a n I was able to buy a car with a text message. I shot Aaron a text telling him what I wanted and then he shot me a text back telling me he had found a newer model with less miles and would give it to me for the same price. I sent a picture of my license to him and when I got done with work I swung by and signed the papers. He even got me an oversized bow to put on the window when I took it home and surprised my wife with her new car. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will definitely get any new or used vehicle from Aaron in the future. More
