I needed a car. I was in the process of deciding what car to buy and which Dealership I wanted to work with. When I contacted Middlekauff Ford I was randomly connected to Salesman Mike Salsa and requested to to buy and which Dealership I wanted to work with. When I contacted Middlekauff Ford I was randomly connected to Salesman Mike Salsa and requested to take a test drive over my lunch hour. I made it very clear that I was not ready to sign papers because I was still in the decison making process. After test driving the Ford Fusion with Mike at Middlekauff I returned to work without any pressure from the sales department and was very satisfied with both the car and the treatment I received at Middlekauff Ford. I spoke to my husband and expressed my satisfaction and he met me that evening at the Dealership and was equally as pleased as I was. Long story short it was the no pressure no hype customer service I received as well as the agreeable pricing that made me purchase my car then and there. I will recommend Middlefauff Ford as well as Mike Salsa to anyone who asks me where should they go to buy a car! More

Michael greeted myself and family as we got out of our car. Very nice, friendly, helpful man. He seemed to know exactly what car I wanted before I did. Bought the Focus and I love it.
