Mid Valley Ford

Wandered into Mid Valley Ford on a Sunday afternoon. We had no idea of the model or even make of the car we wanted...just knew that we would need a dependable car soon. My husband is tall and needs head room and I need cargo space for our two dogs. We also wanted fuel economy. Fortunately a very nice and knowledgeable employee by the name of Gage was available to help us. He showed us a 2015 Ford C-Max Hybrid that suited us perfectly. Before we drove the car off the lot, Gage showed us all the buttons and how to use them, he even went one step further and downloaded the phone book from my smartphone into "Bluetooth" so we could make hands-free calls on the way home if we needed to. Good Service and courtrsy I was well pleased with the service and friendly people I met. Since this was my first service at your establishment I didn't know what to expect. I was well pleased with the service and friendly people I met. Since this was my first service at your establishment I didn't know what to expect. Only one comment I need to make. This has nothing to do with the people I came into contact with but apparently your technicians need to be more careful. You gave me a report card stating that my tires were worn down to 3/32 on rear and 8/32 on front and you wanted to install new tires based on that figure. I informed you at that time that I got my tires at Costco. It has been over 50 years since I have had tires wear out under 50K miles and my car has less than 40K on it. I had them re-measure the tread and they did so in many locations around the tire. The rear measured in several locations on the rear at 5/32 and front between 8 and 9/32.. I have at least 10K more miles before any tires will be changed . More
