car wouldn't stay started Started for work and discovered I had no brakes, headed back home and lost engine power, was able to nurse it back home. Went out next morning to check it out, it would start but would not stay running. I called the service department because we had purchased the car from them and they had previously worked on it and fixed the problems to my complete satisfaction, and they talked me through several steps to determine the problem but were unable to find the issue; so they said they would come out the next day. Jason came out and proceeded to try and locate the problem. He patiently ran through different checks including running the codes and calling in to his service advisor. He found the problem to be a vacuum line unhooked. Jason was extremely courteous and professional in his work and putting up with a customer with no real automotive know how. His willingness to make a house call totally amazed me as doctors don't even do that. He was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I will recommend Mid Valley Ford to friends and relatives. More

We can't remember a more nice experience like the one we had at Mid Valley Ford, Dallas, Oregon. We began our search online. We called and visited various Ford dealership in search of our new car. Some of the calls and visits we made were not good, we encountered people not so willing to help us or extremely aggressive. We visited three different dealers within our area. However, Mid-Valley Ford was different. Gage Burr was very professional, he was not a high pressure salesman which was a plus for us. He responded to emails in a timely manner and phone calls and didn't try any pressure. Gage listened to what I was looking for and answered all our questions. He met our expectations.
