They added things to the purchase we never asked for and told us as we were signing papers at the very end that we had to use Kia financing or the deal was off. We had told them at the beginning we had our own financing, and they never said anything about that until after we had wasted three hours trying to purchase a new car. Time wasters who will pull every trick in the book to make more money off of you. We went to Fort Wayne Kia and drove home in a beautiful new Telluride after a relatively smooth negotiation and purchase process with minimal shenanigans. More
