The service writer, Jeff, provided very good service and kept constant communication through the process. I am however disappointed that not all the repairs were completed. The staff is very unprofessional and will lie to you to get you into there facility. So far my car seems to be running properly. I was able to get the fingerprints off the visor but had to take it back for them to clean the ceiling. It feels very careless and disrespectful that the mechanic not only left black marks and neglected to clean them, but was driving my car with filthy hands. As I stated, the people at the desk inside were very kind and cleaned it for me but considering how much I spent I am irritated I received it back that way and had to go back. Even the man that cleaned it for me stated that the mechanic should not have been touching the visor. I don’t think I would go back, let alone recommend this dealership. More
