Wish I could give 0 stars. Service center is a joke. Absolutely zero communication from service to customer. Have to call or email multiple times to get any kinda information o Service center is a joke. Absolutely zero communication from service to customer. Have to call or email multiple times to get any kinda information or response. If you tell them you need it back on a certain day after having your vehicle all week it won’t happen. Would not recommend getting service work done here at all. On top the techs miss a lot things that should have been caught during a service. Biggest issue with the service and parts is the massive lack of communication. Needs to go back in. Service advisor nor service manager have reached out to get it set up to go back in. Have called and left voicemails and emails and they’re “to busy” to reply. The lady who sold me my jeep has since told me this is a very very common issue with service and parts and recommends going elsewhere More
