I bought a 2014 grand Cherokee and thought it would be in good condition. The next day the engine light came on so I had it examined by my mechanic and there are many leaks and a bad catalytic converter. I c good condition. I called down to the dealership and cannot get anyone to return my calls. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership! They are crooks! More

They were quite nice and diagnosed my problem quickly. I was told parts were hard to get because of the supply chain problem but they would call me when it arrived. Then 6 weeks went by without a peep fro I was told parts were hard to get because of the supply chain problem but they would call me when it arrived. Then 6 weeks went by without a peep from them I called and. was told parts were in come by and they would install while I wait. I went in and was told the parts had been sitting on the shelf there so long my warranty claim had expired. Since they never called me to say my parts were in they had to start a new claim and I would have to come back again in a few days. I was inconvenienced and had to make extra trips to the dealership because they couldn't call me like I was told they would when my pars arrived . More
