After leaving voice mails I did not get a return phone call. Upon calling the dealership again I asked to speak to a person. I was told rudely that the best that she could do was voicemail. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no manager that I could speak to. Voicemail only. I did not want to leave another voicemail after waiting all day with no response. I sent our car salesman an email to ask for assistance. Again, no response. My husband had to drive to the dealership to ask about the paperwork. The salesman ran all over the place looking for answers. Finally, we were told that the paperwork arrived last week which was never relayed to us or how we should proceed. Then after reviewing our bill of sale we noticed a CONV Fee. We looked up what a CONV Fee was. It was a convenience fee for paying with a credit card. We did not pay with a credit card. It was a cash sale. It was a very unpleasant experience that we do not wish to go through again. Although Josh treated us with good customer service in the beginning the total experience lacked quality customer servie and professionalism. For that reason we will not do business with this dealership again. More
