Salesman Ryan Chamberlain was great. Dealership practices left a lot to be desired. 1) I was my initially told my trade was more than when the paperwork was done. 2) I Was told my APR Dealership practices left a lot to be desired. 1) I was my initially told my trade was more than when the paperwork was done. 2) I Was told my APR was 7.0 and when paperwork was done it was 8.0 3) the dealer tried to sneak a $5000 extended warranty by me without my knowledge 4) was told the unit had more options that what it has on it. 5) not truthful with numbers and not willing to show me in writing what my employee pricing was. Anybody can show me numbers out of the thin air. If we did not like the unit so much and the rebates, I would have walked away. It is my opinion and only my opinion that this dealership does not have their stuff together and not very honest. After my afternoon ordeal, and some the next day, I would not recommend this dealer. Maybe in the future but not now. More

Diagnostic costs a lot, but luckily I knew my batteries were dead. Got both main and aux battery changed for a little under 800$ Took about 2 hrs due to me asking for a rush job due to a an early flight. were dead. Drive great to Chicago and driving to Virginia soon and hopefully it’ll drive great. Wasn’t given much education, but service was great otherwise.
