Michael was very unprofessional. I never received any updates while my vehicle was in the service center. Instead I had to call on my own and get updates myself. I'll try to keep it short. Second worst car buying experience (the first also a Dodge dealership 🤔 I have had at least 3 positive experiences with big dealerships so it's not Second worst car buying experience (the first also a Dodge dealership 🤔 I have had at least 3 positive experiences with big dealerships so it's not like I haven't bought a car before. Do I have my dream car, yes. Not the positive experience I would have liked since it's been a ten year dream of mine. 1) High pressure sales (I should have been done when I tried to leave and felt like I would be tackled.) I wanted to think this big decision over. I did leave but it would have been nice to have the uninterrupted time I asked for. 2) 3000 mistake in their favor. First excuse was they weren't sure of the payoff of my trade in. Not true, I had a ten day payoff that I obtained right there. Then it was someone probably "fat fingered" the numbers. If we hadn't caught it, I'm not sure where the money would have gone. I don't have confidence it would have been returned to me 3) forgetting they owed me a windshield repair (I just wanted to be done with them so I opted to get it fixed on my own) They didn't forget to send a couple of messages about the down payment which was the only good thing (they gave us a couple weeks to get it together) 4) Speaking of messages not one about how it's going, am I happy I got my dream car, anything of a positive nature 5) Having to go back over, yet again, to resign everything because the bank had increased the finance charge, 4 dollars! Ok, I have to sign so the contact is legitimate.... They couldn't have paid the lousy 4 bucks? 6) The car was shown to us dirty so we didn't notice all the paint chips and flaws. It was cleaned up when I went back so I should have looked it over again. Shame on me. It also seems that after every car wash there are more appearing. I wouldn't put it past them using a sharpie to cover them. 7) The pre owned inspection they boast about was all checked off including the engine bay detail. That wasn't done. Maybe by now I'm just pissed and being picky. I had someone ask me where I got my car because theirs had just been totaled and they were in the market for a new car. I told them NOT to go there. I won't tell anyone to go there. The only thing I'm hopeful for is that the other terrible experience led to one of the best cars I ever had. I hope this is the same. I can't place all the blame on them.... I shouldn't have gone back More

Mike is an out and out liar. Do not trust him. He told us out vehicle was ready for pickup and charged us nearly $900. The vehicle didnt start and he said "maybe the battery is Do not trust him. I've never had an experience like this and don't want anyone else to have to go through this nightmare. More
